Fedegari Group is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004. This accessibility statement applies to the website www.battaglia-pavia.it

Compliance Status: Partially Compliant

This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard due to the non-conformities listed below:

C.9.1.1.1 - Not all non-text content presented to the user has a text alternative that serves the same purpose;
C.9.1.3.1 - In some cases, information, structure, or relationships conveyed by page presentation cannot be programmatically determined (or are not available through text);
C.9.1.3.2 – Meaningful sequence: the reading order of some sections does not fully follow the logical-visual order.
C.9.1.3.3 – Sensory characteristics: some instructions refer exclusively to visual features (e.g. “see on the right”) without alternatives;
C.9.1.3.4 - The display and operation of certain content do not vary depending on the screen orientation;
C.9.1.4.1 - In some cases, color alone has been used to identify a purpose or distinguish information or functionality;
C.9.1.4.3 - The visual representation of text and images containing text does not always meet the minimum required contrast ratio, except for legally permitted exceptions (e.g. logos);
C.9.1.4.4 - Some text, except for subtitles and images containing text, cannot be resized up to 200 percent without assistive technology and without loss of content or functionality;
C.9.1.4.5 - In some cases, images of text have been used instead of plain text and are neither customizable nor essential to the type of information conveyed;
C.9.1.4.10 - Content that does not require a two-dimensional layout (such as data tables or maps) does not reflow when the display size changes;
C.9.1.4.11 - For some essential components, even in different states, the color contrast with adjacent elements does not exceed the 3:1 ratio;
C.9.1.4.12 - When modifying text spacing (line height, paragraph spacing, letter or word spacing), some information or content may be lost;
C.9.1.4.13 – On activation (hover/focus): in some cases, content displayed on mouse hover or keyboard focus does not meet the required criteria (persistence, dismissibility, etc.);
C.9.2.1.1 - Some functionalities cannot be operated via keyboard (or similar input interfaces);
C.9.2.2.1 - There is an element or event dependent on time where none of the following are possible: disabling the time limit before it expires, adjusting it, extending it up to 10 times, or notifying the user before the time runs out, except as permitted by law;
C.9.2.2.2 - Some automatically triggered animations, flashing, scrolling, or auto-updating information lasting longer than five seconds or presented alongside other content lack mechanisms to pause or hide them;
C.9.2.4.2 - Some web pages do not have titles that describe their topic or purpose;
C.9.2.4.3 - In some sections that can be navigated sequentially, and where navigation order affects meaning or functionality, some focusable objects do not receive focus in an order that preserves meaning and operability;
C.9.2.4.4 - The purpose of some links cannot be determined from the link text or from the link text combined with adjacent content;
C.9.2.4.5 - In some sections, multiple ways to locate web pages within the site may not be available;
C.9.2.4.6 – Headings and labels: do not always sufficiently clarify content or function;
C.9.2.4.7 - On some interactive elements, the focus indicator is not visible;
C.9.2.5.1 - Some functionalities requiring multi-touch or path-based gestures may not be fully operable with a single pointer without path-based gestures;
C.9.2.5.2 - For some single-pointer functionalities, the press event may trigger part of the function without always offering clear mechanisms to cancel, undo, or reverse the action before release;
C.9.2.5.3 - In some cases, the visible label of a user interface component may not be included in its accessible name, making it potentially difficult for users of voice-based assistive technologies to understand;
C.9.3.2.1 - In some sections of the site, certain user interface components may unexpectedly trigger a context change when they receive focus;
C.9.3.2.3 - Some navigation mechanisms repeated on multiple web pages within a set do not appear in the same order;
C.9.3.2.4 - Some components with the same functionality within a set of web pages are not identified consistently;
C.9.4.1.2 - In some cases, user interface components (including form elements, links, and script-generated components) have incorrect or missing names, roles, states, properties, or values, or the user and assistive technologies are not notified when these change;
C.9.4.1.3 - Status messages: not always made available in a way interpretable by assistive technologies without shifting focus;

Documents: All downloadable PDF documents on the site are partially readable by screen reader users, as they lack a hierarchical structure (table of contents, headings, internal links) and text alternatives.
